I've installed this extender on 2 of my Colnago road bikes. Easy to install (once the old star washer is removed). I used some red loctite on the expander bolt/nut and torqued to12nm. Once the spacers and stem were fitted I torqued the cap screw to 5nm before finally tightening the stem bolts. (This prevented the expander loosening if the stem was removed for transport of the bike). Very happy with this product.
